12 HOUR CRUCIBLE 

   

Have you ever wondered what your physical and mental limits are? Have you ever tried to push yourself beyond them? What if there was a way to shatter these perceived limits in just one day? Do you have what it takes?

 

12-hour challenge designed to help you exceed your physical and mental limits. “You are capable of 20 times more than you think you are.” Mark Divine SEALFIT. Our experienced coaches will help you unleash this potential. By the end of this experience you will have proven it to yourself. You will never look at “difficult” the same way again. The bar will be raised forever.

12 hour is suitable for all fitness levels. We recommend that you be able to complete the following. Note that these are recommendations, not pre-requisites:

  • 40 push-ups (30 for women) in 2 minutes, 40 sit-ups in 2 minutes and 40 air squats in 2 minutes, with 2 minutes of rest between each movement.

  • 8 strict pull-ups for men, 4 for women, no time limit

  • 1 mile run on road in 9:30 minutes

  • Body Armor (aka Murph) 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run – Slick (No Weight) – All within 75 minutes

 

If you are unable to meet these performance standards we offer training by way of K44FIT regular classes, 2-hour Elite sessions, and private training.

You will not be performance dropped if unable to meet the standards. However, this is a team event and you will be a hindrance if you arrive unprepared. Minimum age is 17 (parental consent). No maximum.

 

All participants are required to fill out Health assessment and consent forms. A Doctors consent letter is required for ANY medical condition.

All meals, snacks, hydration, and transportation between locations will be provided. If you have special dietary needs you will be required to bring your own food.

12 HOUR CRUCIBLE GEAR LIST

 

  • 1 Pair of black BDU pants (ask us for buying source)

  • 2 Pairs of compression shorts

  • 1 Pair of “broken in” boots

  • 3 White t-shirts or with crew neck stencilled with last name on front and back.

  • 1 BDU utility belt (black)

  • 2 Pairs of workout shorts

  • Water bottle

  • Socks (layer for long hikes)

  • Running shoes

  • 1 Warm sweatshirt or outer jacket
