Our team of coaches will help you set fitness goals, track your progress, and assist you with achieving them. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, train for an event, or just look great in a swimsuit, K44FIT is for you.

  • SPEED – 1600 meter run

  • STRENGTH – test how many reps of sit-ups, push-ups and burpees you can complete in two minutes. You will be surprised how much stronger you become the more classes you attend

  • FITNESS – challenge your pinnie level by taking the appropriate fitness test. Watch how much fitter you become each month


Test: Complete the following in 15 minutes or less……

  • Green -5 rounds of 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 burpees, 3 x 20m shuttle runs

  • Blue -5 rounds of 12 push-ups, 12 sit-ups, 12 burpees, 3 x 30m shuttle runs

  • Red -5 rounds of 15 push-ups, 15 sit-ups, 15 burpees, 3 x 40m shuttle runs


Tests: Muscular strength and endurance. Complete the maximum number of repetitions (with good form) in two minutes

  • Two minutes of push-ups

  • Two minutes of sit-ups

  • Two minutes of burpees

3. 1600M RUN

Tests: Aerobic capacity, speed, and endurance. 

Results will be emailed to you, and available to view in your member profile.



For people that currently do little or no exercise or are returning to fitness training after a break (i.e. following an injury, illness or post natal). We work to the ability of the group.


For those that have graduated from a green pinnie, or those that have a reasonable standard of fitness prior to joining us. Intermediate classes are a great way to challenge your speed, strength, agility and stamina. Take your fitness to the next level.


​Not for the faint hearted. This is where we challenge the fittest participants to their max. Our coaches push them beyond their physical and mental limits


These are the fittest of the fit. First responders, Military personnel, Special Ops candidates, CrossFit athletes, Tough Mudders, Spartan Racers and the like. For those training for an event, Military selection, or just want a way to increase their mental and physical capacities. These separate sessions are 2 hours plus.
